Objectives of the Workshop

This workshop introduces and explains the concept of Information Literacy and its implementation around the world.  It highlights the differences between evidence-based and perception-based data that can be used to measure the competency of information literacy among students.

Outcomes of the Workshop

At the end of the workshop, participants should appreciate the meaning of Information Literacy and be able to apply appropriate techniques in measuring Information Literacy competency among specific target groups.
